Online learning has grown in popularity over the past 10 years and continues to develop.  Based on responses from over 2,8000 academic leaders in the United States,  the Sloan Consortium’s 2012 Survey of Online Learning has reported that 32% of all college enrollments  include registration in at least one online course.
