Need Help with Sum Total? – Open Labs

Michelle Krueger, Manager of Training & Development is hosting the following open labs to provide Sum Total assistance.  If you or any of your employees have questions or need assistance, please stop by and attend one of the Open Labs listed below. This is first come, first serve; there is no registration for the open lab.

Tuesday, January 31 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m.

Oak Creek Campus – A120
Wednesday, January 25 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m.

Connected Educator’s Month: Free Faculty Webinars

Throughout the month, the U.S. Department of Education’s Connected Educators initiative will be providing opportunities for educators to take part in free webinars, forums, and other activities to stay connected to learning about using technologies and strategies that enhance teaching skills and improve student engagement in learning. Cisco Telepresence Scheduling and Training

The Cisco Telepresence high-definition 2-way video classrooms will be in operation for spring 2013 classes. Training for the Telepresence classrooms will be conducted during December 3-7, 2012 across the MATC District. These training sessions will provide instructors with the opportunity to view the system and experience Telepresence first-hand.  The dates, times and locations of sessions are available here:

Use of these classrooms can be scheduled by contacting the Class Scheduling department on a first-come first-served basis with priority given to classes.
